Having put on too much weight while studying, our hero, Jack, and heroine, Olivia, head off to the gym to work out and get fit.

And that’s where you come in. It’s your job to help the pair of them as they tackle every exercise machine the gym has to offer and fight back the flab! After all, every gym has a personal trainer and in Fitness Girl Secret Love Story, that’s you!

Get them up on the treadmill and watch as Olivia gets those legs pumping running like there was no tomorrow!

And just when they thought they couldn’t sweat anymore, introduce them to the grueling exercise bike – feel the burn in those thighs, guys! But no sooner are they done on the bikes then we put them on the rowing machine! Did you know that rowing will strengthen not just the arms and the legs but the back and stomach too? And you don’t even need to be able to swim in the gym because these rowing boats aren’t anywhere near water!

Yoga is excellent for stretching tight muscles and giving your entire body the kind of flexibility it needs. And it’s great for mind as well as body – make sure you get Jack and Olivia on the yoga matts before they leave the gym!

Now, if you want to try something that even the fittest of gym lovers fear, try them on burpees! You don’t know what exhausted is until you’ve been put through your paces on the burpees matts!

For a full cardiovascular workout, the guys will need to strap on some boxing gloves and work the bag with punches and kicks – this will make the whole-body ache but there’s nothing like working the bag to make a person’s muscles strong, from the head right down to the toes!

Weightlifting isn’t just for body builders, you know, everyone should pump weights to tone their muscles and give their body a little definition and Olivia and Jack are no different! Help them lift those dumbbells and do their stomach crunches! No rest until they’ve done them all!

But it’s not all about working out and breaking a sweat, any good gym instructor will tell you that a well-balanced diet is essential for anyone who wants to lose weight and keep fit. In the gym’s kitchen you can provide Jack and Olivia with the right mix of carbs, proteins, vitamins, minerals and the right kinds of fat!

And after all that our hard working gym lovers will need a new wardrobe, because when you look this good inside the gym you need to look this good outside of the gym too!
